Connectivity Assessment
This report was conducted by L.R. Kimball Associates for the Pittsburgh Central Collaborative in 2011 to assess basic transit conditions and explore opportunities and challenges to enhancing multi-modal linkages between three adjacent neighborhoods. The report was funded by Pittsburgh Partnership for Neighborhood Development (PPND), now Neighborhood Allies.
Many of the findings of this report informed the current Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Project and Uptown/West Oakland EcoInnovation District Plan.
