Dollar Energy Fund
Uptown Partners is partnering with the Dollar Energy Fund to provide grant assistance to utility customers.
Applications will be completed by appointment only.

Eligibility Requirements:
Eligibility and grant assistance is subject to change based on availability of funds, and utility company policies.
- Bring your most recent utility bill or shut off notice. There must be a balance on your account.
- Bring proof of sincere effort of payment totaling $150 in the last 90 days (applicants 62 and older proof of $100 payment in last 90 days)
- Proof of income for the last 30 days including child support, social security income, and disability income.

Federal Poverty Income Guidelines:
In order to receive a grant from the Pennsylvania Water and Sewer Authority your income must be at or below 150% of the poverty line.
In order to receive a grant from First Energy, Valley Energy and the West View Water Authority your income must be at or below 250% of the poverty line.
All other utilities (Duquesne Light, People’s Gas, etc.) are 200% or below the poverty line.
